      Pros

      - Flexible working times. - Senior management and leadership are open for suggestions. - Interesting tasks. - Role and location changes within the company are very common and supported by most of the leadership. - Structures improved a lot since new CEO started. - Fair evaluation of performance.

      Cons

      - US-centric company. - Outdated billing-system. - Still suffers from lack of strategy for products in the past (eg automation).

      - Since the PE acquisition, positive changes are happening at an encouraging pace. Changes include direction setting, additional resources and new hires. - There's plenty of room to grow at a company and individual level with new areas of opportunity opening up - Plenty to learn with plenty of very knowledgable and willing people to learn from.

      Cons

      - the usual growing pains during this type of transition and transformation but nothing out of the ordinary for anyone has worked at a business that has gone from a startup to a scaling business - pace of hiring
