Pros
Company is growing and culture is amazing. Great flexibility, humble leadership, and the work is always interesting and always changing. The people here really make the company. Every single person I worked with was interesting, intelligent, and kind.
Cons
The only con is that there are periods of heavy work and periods where things can be slow, but that is the nature of the business.
