Pros

Everyone was kind, throughout the company. The structure was remarkably flat without people looking down on entry-level employees. There was a feeling that the experienced management was always helping to develop and groom the younger employees. That is good to see in any company.

Cons

Finding billable hours was occasionally difficult when you start. However this goes away quickly.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Very good pay. You are trusted to do a good job and non micromanaged.

Cons

Atmosphere is very cold and corporate. People don't interact face to face much. Can be very isolating for new hires. In the time I've been here, many staff have left or been laid off.

Working downtown can be a challenge for commuting
