No charts on how company is doing, no feedback on how you are doing. - "I am the king" attitude by a senior person who might directly affect you(and probably fire you) as an engineer.

Out-dated technology stack Polarized work environment - most or all engineers are imported from India No career growth or employee development Management and leaders are insecure, negative, defensive, insensitive and reactive No team spirit; translates visibly to an "each one for themselves" attitude and generally out-of-sync with each other with an air of distrust It's a one hit wonder not willing to evolve and redefine themselves or take on new ideas Still claims to work like a start-up, but all employees do not have a profit sharing or stock option
