Pros

Very interesting and Challenging work to build and run forex trading network. Products for various customer segment in fx space so lots of opportunity to learn. Lots of smart people.Free food, snack and drinks.local cricket.

Cons

Stress taken during deployment of new release to production as entire grid upgraded hence associated risk high. Not very defined career path. Some performance related firing did happen recently and poor communication created confusion.Management realized mistake and fixed this by explaining reason.

Pros

- Good work life balance. - Some people are talented and very friendly. - Lot of very good business people and lot to learn from them(Even as an engineer)

Cons

- They fire people randomly without any sort of warning. - No performance reviews so no one knows where they stand and if they are on firing line - Since no performance reviews, hike and bonus are politics based. - No transparency anywhere what so ever. No charts on how company is doing, no feedback on how you are doing. - "I am the king" attitude by a senior person who might directly affect you(and probably fire you) as an engineer.

Pros

Good business model to start with Lots of potential (if the right initiatives and investments are made)

Cons

Out-dated technology stack Polarized work environment - most or all engineers are imported from India No career growth or employee development Management and leaders are insecure, negative, defensive, insensitive and reactive No team spirit; translates visibly to an "each one for themselves" attitude and generally out-of-sync with each other with an air of distrust It's a one hit wonder not willing to evolve and redefine themselves or take on new ideas Still claims to work like a start-up, but all employees do not have a profit sharing or stock option
