Consistently inconsistent at HQ

Pros

This is a great place: - If you don't care about your professional skill set being wasted, your deliverables being undermined, and being inconsistent with standards across the board then this is a place for you. - If you like being micromanaged. - If you believe that compliance to standards is only skin deep. - If you have integrity then you can work their for 3 - 6 months and then move on.

Cons

I'm a guy but for female employees: If you're not with the clique, expect to be undermined A LOT. Let me repeat that, if you're not in the clique, expect to be undermined A LOT. The clique will express their disapproval of you everyday till you either leave or start delivering on "their" wants and needs. People get promoted in name only, the responsibilities are the same - the pay may come with an increase but nobody is going anywhere other than out to other firms. There is no professional development. They talk about it in the interview but they do NOT develop nor do they really send anyone out for any development. All the work is solely focused on winning work.

Pros

I truly enjoyed working here. I think it was a great work environment with intelligent employees that were very work driven but also knew how to make work an enjoyable place. The work balance was well divided among team members.

Cons

I can't say many negative things at all about this company. I guess there can be more formal training when you first start but it was easy to learn and the team leads and seasoned analysts were very helpful in walking you through the process.

Pros

Was paid on time Immediate colleagues were a pleasure to work with

Cons

Lacks the fundamental knowledge, skill , and leadership to be a successful service provider. Leadership is not transparent with constant shifts in priorities; this makes it impossible to implement and follow an plan effectively.
