      Decent pay and flexibility of calendar. typical DC/NOVA consultant firm, a great place to build a resume.

      Cons

      Advertise as a large firm, but is more mid to small, they struggle to compete for large DoD contracts, and a lot of work is acquired through acquisition and not award.
