      Pros

      ISL is such an amazing place to work! I feel like I'm in a dream, if I am, don't pinch me! They live by their 12 "Culture Keepers" created by staff. All about having fun, working hard, being accountable and being positive. Their associate support and love for residents shines through in every conversation, from community level to corporate.

      Cons

      The only thing I would change is when I started, I wish I started with ISL many years ago!
