Freedom to cook and create your own recipies for the menu to be served to residents. Experience is a MUST! You have to know how to cook. You must have extensive knowledge of food.

Cons

This is a business. You are not valued as an employee nor paid as valued. The residents dont matter as "human beings". The residents ARE the money.
