Pros

Solstice is full of fantastic regional support that is always willing to lend a hand, and the communities are led by amazing leaders that truly care for the associates and residents. Solstice has amazing culture that each executive demonstrates each day. The community teams are so wonderful to the residents, and their decisions are based on what is best for the residents. This is a company that is fun to be a part of and offers rewarding work. I am very proud to work to be on the Solstice team.

Cons

Expectations are high, but the support team offers realistic time frames for success.

Pros

Solstice promotes culture throughout its communities. Regional level is extremely supportive. "In this together" mentality that allows for open communication and dialog Company promotes leadership and allows for Executive Directors to drive Culture in the community.

Cons

No one is perfect, however I feel that Solstice has the right items in place to truly make a difference and stand above other companies.
