Pros

I enjoyed working with my coworkers. It’s a good company to get your foot in the biotech industry because they love hiring fresh graduates.

Cons

The pay and benefits were just okay. A lot of management aren’t really fit for their jobs. It’s a high throughout laboratory so most of the “science” jobs are repetitive, boring, and lack challenge.
