A stepping stone job

Pros

the people working are young, nice culture. Most of them have this as their first job so politics maybe not so strong depending on department. salary among all is generally the same despite qualifications. Company is part of large MNC.

Cons

Lack of communication between higher management and ground people, choosing to hold information until last minute. Shift allowance is the main separator, so some friction between shift. Covid is now endemic so business has dropped alot
