      Great team environment, tons of accountability from everyone and a strong company culture. Great coworkers and overall cohesion. Good experience builder and plenty of different departments to learn about. Very caring about associates.

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility Low pay, with no defined timelines for promotions Very repetitive work. No chance for development on night shift

      A Beautiful Disaster

      You get to know a lot of people.

      Cons

      Low salary, lower than average for this industry. Leaders don't always agree with decisions and this leads to chaos. A lot of bureaucracy, no one can change the process that was established many years ago by people that don't even work there anymore. No one understands the process. You can talk to different people and they will all tell you different things and sometimes nothing at all. Long lead times to deliver products and services. Sales team are left to sell magic.
