Leaders have the best intentions at heart and are always willing to hear your voice—very proactive company and less reactive. Very culture-centric, encourages open discussion, and promotes a diverse work environment with true intentions.

Cons

The company's direction can come out of left field at times, upper level colleagues don't always seem to have a real sense of everything going on at each level.
