Family owned company and everyone knows everyone by first name.
Cons
Their method of laying someone off us by calling several people in a meeting and then telling them that they are all being let go and that their supervisors are outside to escort them out of the building. Another method is by leaving a note on someone's chair asking them to clear out by 8am.
