Close to home and a nice view of Downtown Chicago from the OR floors

Cons

No room for advancement, just like being in high school again. You have to be willing to kiss a little behind to get anywhere

Management is constructive, supportive and provides great guidance to help their employees succeed. Everyone cares about each other there -- a tight knit group that works hard.

Cons

Corporate culture has changed since acquisition -- some of the new policy caused a bit of a stir. But change is good.
