If you dont have any integrity and enjoy milking a employer because they don't understand what you do, this is your place.

Cons

Management has no clue as to what a large electric motor repair shop does or how to support those that do.

There seem to be a lot of changes in direction and strategy.

Pros

Strong company, but definitely some growing pains. Most of the people are really good to work with, very goal oriented company, quality driven.

Cons

Definitely a need to improve on quality before jobs leave the door...more emphasis on quality/ attention to detail, rather than trying to meet numbers for the private equity investment firm they are owned by. Quality took a good leap the time I was there, and hope it continues to improve.
