Pros

I worked as a part-time administrative assistant who was there mostly in the evenings and weekends, which meant I often had slower shifts and could catch up on necessary tasks.

Cons

Since I was by myself most of the time anytime disaster struck I was on my own even when I needed an upper-level manager. I was also often left out of the loop when it came to changes, or events that happened while I wasn't there, which often left me looking dumb in front of residents, and even led to verbal abuse occasionally.

Pros

Working at IREG has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I've been impressed by the company's dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The sense of camaraderie among colleagues and the support from management create an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed. One of the things I appreciate most about IREG is their commitment to employee development. The company offers ample opportunities for professional growth through training programs, mentorship initiatives, and tuition reimbursement. Whether you're a recent graduate or a seasoned professional, there's always something new to learn and opportunities to advance your career. Moreover, IREG truly cares about work-life balance. Flexible work arrangements, generous vacation policies, and wellness programs demonstrate their commitment to supporting employees' well-being both inside and outside the workplace. This balance not only contributes to employee satisfaction but also enhances productivity and creativity. Another aspect that sets IREG apart is their dedication to making a positive impact on the community and the world. Whether it's through charitable initiatives, environmental sustainability efforts, or diversity and inclusion programs, IREG strives to be a responsible corporate citizen, and it's inspiring to be a part of that mission. Overall, I feel fortunate to be a part of the IREG team. It's a company that values its employees, fosters growth and development, and makes a meaningful difference in the world. If you're looking for a company where you can truly thrive, I wholeheartedly recommend IREG.

Cons

IREG doesn't not currently offer a 401k but has other investment opportunities.
