Integrated has grown significantly since I started nearly nine years ago. This has created exceptional growth opportunities for myself and others that work with me. I have seen myself and many other promoted multiple times. If you work hard the company is great at spotting your value. The leadership team is intelligent, and very calculated in the company's growth plans to ensure little to no changes in its staffing during national wide economic downturns. The leaders care about people and are not solely income driven. Planning sessions take place approximately once per year between the highest executives and each department, which has been a great tool for feedback to flow from the newest employees to the decision makers and for the executives to provide the 1 year, 5 year, and beyond path and vision in return.
