Pros

In the beginning you have a voice and can influence the leadership. Once the "shiny and new" wears off, your just another front line soldier headed off to combat.

Cons

Extremely poor and unethical HR department. Women are kept out of the C-suite. Tenured knowledge is seen as last week's newspaper. Executive team is disconnected from daily business activity. Employees are managed based upon daily Sales numbers. Absolutely no work life balance.

Great company lots of growth potential. They really care about there employees and fun place to work and grow as a employee.

Cons

Parking is getting out of control due to quick growth needs attention. Need to re-invest more in the employee.
