Pros

ISN is a growing company and I like to be a part of Isn sucess et growth. As for me, ISN gave me the chance to prove myself as a manager et I'm thankfull for this. We see a big futur for the company and It's conforting to know that we are a part of it.

Cons

In ISN canada, we don't have many social advantage, and I don't see pretty much recognition about the employes work. I think that ISN canada could benefit some employes recongnition.

Pros

ISN is a very dynamic company. I like working with all my colleagues from Boucherville, Vaughan and Lakeland and I look forward to meeting new colleagues from Canada and anywhere else in the world. My role gives me the opportunity to hear the heart of the company beating and this is very motivating.

Cons

In my life I always prefer to think that I am a part of the solution when something goes wrong. And I feel the same thing about my work. Perfection doesn't exist. If I think that a specific subject should be addressed, I speak with the person who can be part of the solution also. And we find solutions to improve the situation. ISN is a very active, dynamic company and the working and growing speed are very fast. We have to be able to express ourselves when we are unable to deliver the job because it becomes overwhelming. Too much work at the same time and short delays are difficult to manage. One of the challenge for the manager, directors, president and all other decision-makers of ISN is to take the time to hear what their employees say in order to find a solution to the situation. Words are good to hear but the real solution is action. Until now, I have always been heard. And I wish it will continue the same way.
