Pros
Tight knot team that works very well together. Everyone one knows their responsibilities and execute on them each and every time like a well oiled machine. Hard work is rewarded through company trips (been to NY, Nashville, Tahoe, and Kauai) dinners, and converts. Work/life balance is fantastic as well.
Cons
Work load gets increased due to strong reputation in the recruiting world but the support and strategy doesn't change.
