      IC used to be much better before. The culture has changes tho. The HR team is very caring, but management still has power over HR Unlimited PTO Benefit EAP

      The pay is very Low compared to the market. If they want to bring someone new, they will offer more salary instead of retaining their current employee. Favoritism
