      linear progression, unapproachable management, low HR communication, average pay, difficult to move up.

      Pros

      We are growing rapidly and you have opportunity to grow in the company. We now have an HR department and it's given the company more structure without being rigid. We haven't lost the start-up edge. Management has been transparent about their plans and I'm excited about the future of the company.

      Cons

      Because we're growing so much it can be hectic. The positive side of that is there's a lot of opportunity for you to grow with the company and be promoted. I've seen it happen a lot the past few months.

      + Smart and sensible Director of Development + Smart and sensible Director of Data + They were trying to have a startup culture to attract smart engineers

      Cons

      - Some of the development team members hate change, and would not be able to last a day in a real software engineering position. - This shop is big on Princeton university graduates, and hires "friends" who aren't very good in their positions - This shop also houses incompetent VPs and lacks a CTO type role which is needed quiet heavily for this company to succeed -Sales team needs policing, They makeup random numbers just to make sales, and significantly down plays the efforts of the development teams.
