      Pros

      -My managers were supportive and patient with me while I learned about the industry and job responsibilities. They provide positive reinforcement and are interested in my future plans. -Clear, precise goals. - Relaxed office environment.

      Cons

      -After-hours on-call duties. -HR puts you into PTO debt if you miss work for any reason (even if they make you stay at home for 5 days because you tested positive for COVID)

      This company is one of a kind the way they treat their employees with compassion and respect. I have never worked for a company that truly cares about you and your needs the way IEL does!

      Pros

      All the people you work with are great. Mixed age range but everyone is willing to help or give advice

      Cons

      Long working hours and weekends are needed in order to succeed. Depending on the account you are working on you can be putting in as much if not more work than the brokers and for not anywhere near the pay. Can be different for each account but often times you don’t learn until it’s too late
