      most people are pretty friendly, managers want to see you do well and will work with you on meeting your goals

      Cons

      health insurance benefits aren't great, they're relatively expensive. the office gets loud with so many people on the phone at once

      Good commission split. You will get out what you put in.

      Poor training. No sales training at all must come prepared.
