Pros

Great work-life balance and they do live by the work hard, play harder motto. They offer fair pay and benefits. Management is always encouraging and there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Honestly, I have no cons to contribute.

Pros

Money is there if you signed up when they first started the company.

Cons

Pump and dump type of company, they constantly change the pay and bonus structure not in benefit of the employee. My theory for this is that they want to keep the profit margins low for the employee and keep company revenue high so they can sell in a couple of years. Wouldn’t recommend for the long haul.
