      Pros

      If this is your first job out of college or your first sales job, it wouldn't be bad to work here for a year to get some experience for your resume

      Cons

      The pay is hardly livable. Most of the brokers (account executives) have another job outside of Integrity in order to get by. Most people wont make commission until over a year, at least. The employee turnover rate is extremely high. When commissioned brokers leave the company, their good accounts will be given away to other brokers that are already on commission This role also is fairly stressful / high anxiety

      Pros

      quiet environment with little to no micro-management going on

      Cons

      Lack of little to no help with transitioning to full sales due to no management on duty. Not very customer service friendly environment.

      Not really too much guidance. Turnover. Pain possible to make money.
