      Great Company Amazing people and opportunities. Always something positive and fun going on. Keeps ya coming back for more every day

      Not many, can be stressful but lucrative. The company has gotten big enough to where new customers can be hard to find

      Pros

      If you do not mind having less than normal morals and playing the game it is not the worst but overall logistics is a dirty game and integrity is no different.

      Cons

      ICEEEEEE COLD CALLS 60+ A DAY and overall just a terrible work environment. It is like being back in high school with the amount of children and drama that is the office.

      Flexible schedule, generous PTO, great benefits, nice perks. A lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      It gets pretty crazy sometimes because IEL is growing like wildfire.
