      Pros

      I am making more money and having more fun every day at work than I ever have before. And it's not even close. It is amazing how recruiting and management are able to bring in so many people and yet there is 0 drama. Literally EVERYONE gets along!

      Cons

      Not with IEL, but with the job. I just dealt with a truck issue at 9:00 at night and that's pretty normal.

      Pros

      I have seen nothing but understanding from management. I came in ready to rock and life handed me some wicked curveballs. I spoke to the necessary parties and they extended understanding and support. I tend to ask questions if I'm unsure on something and there is no lack of folks around willing to come to the rescue. Be willing to work and improve and management is on your side.

      Cons

      I am trying hard here... I am an active person so the call center style limits moving around and keeping the blood flowing. This is a job that can be done from home but that is restricted/limited.
