Pros

Cool and interesting work. Good work/life balance along with decent pay and benefits. Easy to become comfortable.

Cons

Lots of people who should be fired because they "milk" the system or are simply incompetent for the job. Safety priority is too much, causing negative impacts on production. Pay raises/promotions go towards special identity groups to promote DEI agendas. Woman are promoted and given raises to account for "gender pay gap" which just contradicts the very thing they try to fight. Good workers leave because they become the shoulders carrying the weight of the rest of the company. Constantly forcing LITT (lean and innovative) ideas from all workers, which just causes employees to make up nonsense that is worth nothing just to meet a quota.
