A lot of my co-workers remain friendly and helpful despite the terrible office politics.

Cons

The toxic office politics prevent the employees from thriving in this company. The work environment is hostile, and it forces the employees to focus on the wrong things. People are forced to say yes and avoid going against the orders of the managers because they take things personally. The show of bias here is unreal, and it's very obvious when it happens. This toxic culture brings nothing but negatively to the company.

Pros

Everyone was warm and friendly and that's one of the few things I loved about InteliSure. Although the working condition wasn't that good, I still enjoyed working here because of my colleague.

Cons

I came here to work but I didn't stay for long because of the office politics. The management seemed to have too much time on their hands that they felt the need to make each employee felt insecure by having favoritism and fostering a culture of office politics.

The company believed in promoting innovation. They liked some of my ideas and also motivated me to work on them.

Cons

The company had many boastful people who made others feel bad. They were so arrogant about what they had done or achieved that they liked making their colleagues feel inferior. It wasn't good.
