The job taught me what I truly want from my employer. Sadly, it wasn't something they could provide to me

The company was full of super talented people who kept to themselves and made me feel that I was inferior and talentless. I didn't like their rude attitude and selfish behavior. I can never work with such people.

Cons

Here, people had the bad habit of comparing one person with the other. I believe that comparing people with different expertise and skill levels should not be compared. Each person has their own strengths.
