There are no pros that I can think of that could make working here any better.

Cons

Unless you are working in the main office and buddy, buddy with the CEO Jeri, she doesn't care about you, all she cares about is how much money you can make her. She and other office management are quick to degrade and belittle you with out thinking about it twice and then acting like everything is fine. trying to get feedback is like pulling teeth, seems like no one wants to talk to you

Hats off to the CEO Jeri. She is amazing to work for. Intellectechs is always there for you. Extremely helpful in the hiring process and during your employment. Everyone in the HR in Virginia Beach, VA are so helpful. Many Thanks and Best Regards for : Kathryn and Prisabell the Supreme Leads that are the go to people for the contract here in Austin.
