      Family environment with an emphasis in looking after each others professional wellbeing, promoting growth through professional credential reimbursement, referral and job bonuses, and flexibility with continuing education. Diverse workforce and leadership promote unity and teamwork to achieve company goals. Growing and branching to different types of service opens opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Challenging technical issues when troubleshooting customer facing issues can be taxing, however it is mitigated by a trained and talented staff working as a team.

You will always be pushed at IntellecTechs and there is never a dull moment. Everyone here works for the same goal and it makes you feel like you’re truly part of something big and that you’re making an impact. It all adds up!
