Awesome Customer Service. I have never had a bad experience when calling and speaking with someone from the team. Jeri Prophet (Owner) likes to get to know all of her employees and has no problem rolling up her sleeves and getting the work done with the team.

Cons

More Contract work from agencies, so the business can grow.

Pros

Great learning environment and good team to work with. The CEO can be a little intense but was always fair. Good compensation and benefits. Didn't recognize how well that experience prepared be for bigger things until I moved on my new (current) job. I find myself saying repeatedly "Been there, done that!"

Cons

Can be a little stressed at times due to client expectations but anyone who's worked in IT for some time know to expect that. Didn't care for the on call hours though.

I worked at a remote location but often interacted with the CEO. She treated me very well and am very grateful for the opportunity she gave me. I would work here again if another opportunity fits.

Cons

I left because I wanted to take on bigger opportunities and grow my career. The contract I was on was unchallenging to me.
