There were a lot of added odd complexities working for IntellecTechs that I wouldn't have expected. The work was relatively pleasant, but my direct supervisor was known to be difficult and frustrating, and the company never took action on the matter even after several complaints. There were even a number of customers that had issues with him. I'm disappointed at how things worked out, and he's probably retired by now anyway. I should also mention that once you get into a specific job position, you'll probably be at that position for the rest of your career. My direct supervisor had been working in that same office for over 30 years.

- 0 longevity for a career. - Not much if any opportunity to expand your career or learn something different. - Extremely toxic and unprofessional work environment, regardless of the initial presentation. - You will be micro-managed to death. - Next to no opportunity to work remotely, they make it a huge trust/deal issue. Where other companies are completely different. Get with the times. - Bonus’es are given, but the amount depends on how much you are liked. One person may get 4k and one person may get $50, regardless of how much work you’ve put in. - Most all local IT companies during their interview when you mention that you worked at Intellectechs the first thing they say is “Oh man, Im sorry”. - PTO is terrible. - If bipolar was a company, this is the HQ.
