Pros
IntelliTrans recently added a new President/CEO after the former President/CEO retired. We are going through a business transformation to really explorer 'where to play' and 'how to win' to better set our business strategies. It's an exciting time to be part of IntelliTrans and help the company build a stronger foundation for the future. We are part of Roper Technologies which is also advantageous to career positioning and being part of a niche technology company.
Cons
Like other companies post-Covid, we are 'in between' remote vs. hybrid and re-defining what our future looks takes some maneuvering but together we will get through it.
