Pros
Unlimited vacation and good benefits. Nice team members and almost zero conflicts internally. Zero accountability and very little team support. Most people only work half a day because of the way the teams are structured. Zero weekend work.
Cons
Any position on this project is like working for a startup. The platform is over architected and executive corporate management is invisible. Awkward software UX experience and almost zero analytics. Zero mobile capabilities. Management has not provided team any formal structure. Teams work differently based on region. The software lifecycle structure is non-existent and zero accountable for team success. Methodology and tools usage is all over the place. Due dates constantly slip without any consequence. Developers deliver when they can. Estimation is a joke. Software delivery is based on client contracts and once obtained management walks away from responsibility. One comment is I didn’t create this contract so I can’t support what was agreed. I choked on my water when I heard that and was ready to leave asap.
