Amazing Company Benefits such as pension, private healthcare, dental care, free opticians visit. Strategic and Enterprise Team Leaders are great

Cons

Team leaders in SMB & Digital support team are not the best, there is a lot of pressure and can be very overwhelming. Advisers can be rude via phone or live chat

Pros

Excellent team of people to work with who really cared about the quality of their work. The company always tried to use the latest technologies and was not afraid to experiment. It was great working with high calibre and helpful colleagues. There was always something new to learn. The company also provided a good work life balance and excellent pension but basic compensation could be better. Intelliflo’s management - Nick Eatock and Akeel Ahmed were very good.

Cons

In recent years, there had been a more rapid expansion which had induced some red tape and a bit of disconnect between management and employees. New management style from the US was not welcome by many I knew.
