Pros

Compensation is the only thing good here.

Cons

1. Lot of disconnect between higher management and engineers. PO and Scrum masters are treated as actual doers where as they are just facilitators. 2. Yes boss mentality is appreciated 3. Work life balance is there only if you fight for it. 4. Micro management 5. More managers and less doers. 6. Bad management(atleast in Hyderabad)

Pros

Tech stack is good, they take initiatives to upgrade old techs periodically, appreciates good work, good team mates, good work life balance, gives trainings to learn domain, leadership is always accessible, follows proper agile procedures.

Cons

Can provide more trainings where expertise is lacking.
