Business Outlook
Pros
The management team are focused on staff wellbeing. There are regular company updates with a "one team" mentality and the benefits package is great. Overall it is a very inclusive environment with a "no blame" culture. intelliflo has been an excellent company to work for throughout the 2020/21 pandemic adapting quickly to change.
Cons
The business is currently going through a phase of huge expansion. Anyone that has ever dealt with fast passed growth knows there will be growing pains. However, management remains supportive - see Pros.
