      Amazing skill training but tough

      Pros

      Lots of freedom on what you work on, lots of skills easily learnt as you have access to so much. Great people and teams. Good benefits. Learnt more working here in 3 years than my entire career

      Cons

      As its an agile environment its so fast paced so you have to be quite strong willed to keep pushing yourself as it can be very exhausting

      Thanks for the feedback. Great to hear that our culture is challenging but hopefully not too exhausting. We are working hard on the comms element. As we've grown so much in the last few years, it's key that we keep focused on this and we don't always get it right - but it's top of mind right now with a number of initiatives around this.
