Pros

Great Pension Great Health Care Always have good social events going on monthly. Holiday is generous especially after 5 years. Very nice atmosphere, where I feel at home in the office. I like everything about this company, I've worked in large corporations from all around the world and Intelliflo is right up there with the best, its really innovative, has a great product and the company is growing so the atmosphere is buzzing.

The opportunities for career development and growth are great. Managers give lots of responsibility which really makes you feel like you can make a difference. A very friendly working environment with great social events. Benefits are impressive too.

Cons

Internal communication can sometimes be an issue, however it is improving.
