Pros
Caring managers, collaborative coworkers, 100% remote which is awesome, IT staff is very responsive to issues, working in very secure work environment. company culture is excellent, really nice people. not an ugly competitive type world even though it is commission based.
Cons
the training was hit or miss. the managers are super helpful, negotiation training was amazing. shadowing coworkers was a bit of a challenge, they go really fast. if you have never done subro before just make sure you are advocating for yourself. Also timing people on how much they are using their computer throughout the day is a little disparaging. I belive you can accomplish productivity and accountability without this tactic.
