Great benefits, kind people who treat you like family, environment is like a gym for the mind, cakes during birthdays, ducks/turkeys given out for Thanksgiving, small but nice little perks.

Cons

Family matters, so there will be favoritism going around. Culture to work overtime without direct overtime pay can be daunting. Lots of Mandarin in certain areas which may not be easy for non speakers.

Micromanagement, chaotic, archaic systems, I made double what employee in same position made that had been there 10 years. Stay away from business development team at all costs.

Cons

Management seems not to support workers. When management quest something else, they want it ASAP. But, if you need some help from them, they try to avoid and don't support you.
