*Who's the boss? *Too much HQ control (decisions made before consulting production) *Pay raise system is unfair and not exactly based on merit *Little to no help for affected employees during natural disasters

The pay is low as a disaster, "benefits" seems good but is based on your low pay check. No one care to give you any training for your position util someone get hurt in the plant. The work environment will give you the feel of short handed because you have to do extra jobs regardless of if you are certified to do those or not.
