      Low pay, must wear hot bump caps. 92 degrees in summer, stagnant damp air. High allergy risk.

      low pressure work environment for anyone that's not a manager

      crappy management. low pay. they know they can find employees from Taiwan and China willing to do the work at a much lower cost.
