      Good medical benefits; good place to learn the trade; lots of hands on opportunities; good place to start building your career.

      Cons

      No clear definition of responsibilities or requirements, everything is your job responsibilities; no team dynamic, communication is poor; not a lot of good leaders in leading positions; salary paid and standard of living is sad.

      Pros

      There isn't much i can write in the pros box which maybe that they pay for your medical, but pay being so low its not really a pro.

      Cons

      low salary, not great company culture. There are definitely some race bias in the company that the company tries to push under the rug.
