      Good co-workers, stable job, low turnover rate. Good health insurance and matching 401k. Rollover vacation days. Workload not too much.

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to national average (at least $20,000 lower). No room for growth. Upper management does not acknowledge need for salary increase based on growing cost of living.
