There isn't much i can write in the pros box which maybe that they pay for your medical, but pay being so low its not really a pro.

Cons

low salary, not great company culture. There are definitely some race bias in the company that the company tries to push under the rug.

Has good job security and you get to learn Mandarin Chinese

Pay is very low, depending on your department you get monthly bonuses. Poor communication with Senior Management. Issues are constantly being pushed aside and not addressed. Was lied to directly by Senior Management, and called them out directly on the lies.Too much company politics...
